ABOUT

Taylor has represented hundreds of personal injury victims and families who have lost loved ones all across the country and throughout the state of Alabama. Taylor has dedicated his entire practice to serving those who have been wronged by the negligent and careless conduct of large corporations and individuals.

Taylor specializes in personal injury and wrongful death cases that include: commercial motor-vehicle/18-wheeler accidents, automobile collisions, motorcycle wrecks, industrial/workplace accidents, slip and fall accidents, boating accidents, defect products, and business disputes. As a result of his efforts, Taylor has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients throughout his career. In 2019, Taylor was selected to the Mid-South Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, an honor received by only 2.5% of attorneys in the Mid-South region of the United States. Taylor serves on the Executive Committee of the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section and is also an active member in the Alabama Association for Justice.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Taylor attended the University of Alabama where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. While attending Alabama, Taylor was a member of the football team and played on the offensive line from 2006-2011. In 2009, Taylor played in the Rose Bowl, helping the Crimson Tide win its 13th National Championship after defeating the Texas Longhorns in the BCS National Championship game. While earning his degrees as a student-athlete, Taylor was named Academic ALL-SEC in 2007-2010 and was also a member of Coach Nick Saban’s team peer group.

Taylor strongly believes in communicating with his clients. It is Taylor’s sincere belief, the only way one can truly represent a client and tell their story is through diligent communication.
